Would buy again, but targeting dinner guests who enjoy good food and good wine. My GF and I enjoyed this wine with a pork tonkatsu ramen dinner full of chashu. The grip and acidity from the bedrock latched on to the fatty pork/broth, and the melon, citrus, peach reined it in. The bright acidity is what helped it latch onto the thick velvety broth and it was just napping ecstasy of mouthfeel and flavors. Had a beeswax nose that I fully enjoyed smelling alongside the tonkatsu.

Bedrock lineup is great front to back . Best known for their exceptional old vine field blends but their whites (and pinks) are consistently excellent as well. Pricing is exceptionally fair too.
