This is a veeeery strange interpretation of Fondue. First: get a decent caquelon (this is for fondue chinoise), leave out the vegetables and get those shot glasses for Kirsch. Maybe bacon bits, sour onions and cornichons are ok. Somehow the Fondue looks like curry soup.
