
Started to properly organize my cellar. Still work in progress but this is the Bordeaux side (reds). The cellar is not completely underground so needed a bit of help to stay between 10-16 degrees celcius (winter-summer). Installed aircon to help on the temperature control. Used an empty bottle filled with water and inserted temperature probe, so have a very representative view on the temperature of the bottles. Humidity is spot on with the gravel and storage system. Contemplating to have a little bar in the cellar. Perhaps other suggestions (practical or for fun) ?
