Hello everyone!

A new wine enthusiast here and I would like to ask about a bottle I bought a few weeks ago.

It is a Domaine de Saint Paul Château neuf du Pape, year 2019. (Picture)

I have tasted a couple different Chateau neuf du Pape before and really enjoyed them. But I've also felt that atleast the 2022 and 2021 bottles I tasted from different producers could have used a little more aging.

So with this one I am pondering what to do.

I have a wine fridge to keep it in a steady temperature and on it's side to age it in a proper enviroment.

I also have an option to taste it now and maybe buy another bottle if I like it, but the 2019 year atleast seems to be a bit difficult to come by where I am at and I'd preferrably enjoy it at it's peak. Why I am hesitant to just drink it, is that the bottle is from the same year as me and my partner started dating and it is intended as an anniversary wine. For example, in theory, do you think it would hold up til 2029, for the 10 year anniversary or would it be better to enjoy it earlier? I am asking because our anniversary is coming up and this would be quite a cool thing to bring to the dinner table even as is.

So what would you do?
