How to decorate this odd shaped bathroom

I hope you can get the gist of the Floor plan. The shower is on the left as soon as you enter. The only wall space for any type of decorations is the long wall pictured, and the little space above the toilet. That wall is a little over 9 foot long. Don’t judge me on the color, by the way, because that is not my choice. We just bought the house. It is going to be painted and redecorated obviously. Where would you add decor and what would you add? I think I’m going with a palm tree theme because I already have some stuff from my old house. I have a few framed pieces that I’d like to use, but don’t know where to hang them. Thanks!
