Hello!
I feel like this is getting quite unrealistic…
1st picture :
– door wall 223cm
– window wall 284cm
– tv wall 223cm + there’s the 10cm wide heater on the left side of the picture near the curtains
– floor to ceiling 256
I have to turn my single studio into a couple one with a need for clothes storage but… I don’t want to give up a desk/gaming area and I will have a hip prosthesis therefore I rather not have a mezzanine while I’ll still be healing from the surgery. (I have a month to change the studio)
2nd picture :
I shown the second picture because I am thinking about getting rid of the furniture and close the kitchenette (I don’t know how to be honest) because I measured and it would give me a good 163cm (long) of free space to use for maybe a “dinning” area or even making it a “living room”
What would you recommend or visual it, please ?

Is this a long term transformation of the space, or not? Shorter term fixes would be things like a Murphy bed or really good convertible sofa. If it’s longer term, and the mezz would eventually be accessible to you, then my suggestion is to do that, and use it for storage now, and then transition it to a bed space later if you choose to.
As much wall & vertical storage as possible. You need to maximize floor space.
Folding wall mounted table if you don’t need it to be open at all times.
I’m not sure I understand how closing the kitchenette would give you more rather than less space 🤔
