Anxiously awaiting Snowmagedon. Changed to oil in the snowblower. Cooked up some Bavette steaks with Chanterelle mushroom sauce.

Stood bottle up for one hour then decanted for 1 hour. Dark purple to the rim. Well integrated tannins. Complex notes of blackberry, cassis, leather, graphite and dark chocolate notes. Absolutely delicious!
