Where can I find out more about this house? It speaks to me.

That curved timber ceiling meeting the skylight is everything! Warm tile and wood paneling keep the 70s soul alive yet it feels fresh. And yes, the Cité armchair is like jewelry in the room, but the price tag could fund an entire sofa set. I would rather drop that money on an oversized rug to soften all the hard surfaces and pick up those terracotta tones. Overall, I could move in tomorrow. Gorgeous! 😊

[More pics and information](https://thedesignfiles.net/2025/07/homes-sunni-hart-peter-baxter-balwyn-north). [Here’s a different angle of the living room showing the skylight](https://i.imgur.com/BQDNdzr.jpg). I like the wood and the floor tiles providing warm tones throughout the house.
