    Serving recommendation – use the chilli oil, together with soy sauce and ideally rice vinegar (apple vinegar with a less pungent smell would also work) to make a dip. Pour the three in a small plate and dip the gyoza – this is how it’s served in Japan, and the umami is great. Congrats on the nice crispiness!
