This is what I crave… central Euro Blaufrankish. Been wanting to try his wine for a while now but I tend to hang out a little too far to the West in Europe to have much of a chance of seeing his wines around. I just need to take the plunge and go visit.

These wines are absolutely killer – they always show a lot of purity and pleasure but also he isn’t afraid of savory earthy tones too. I love sharing these with folks unfamiliar with natural wine but who like darker toned reds like Malbec etc.

With nestarec you cant go wrong if you go for his “bingeable” collections or his more noble ones. An absolute superstar where I would argue we are yet to see the best of his work.
