I went there to film the life of a coffee farming family. It was my first time entering a traditional kitchen in Northern Thailand, so I think it would be cool if the world could see it. There is no snow in Thailand, but the weather is quite hot, so they designed the place to allow the wind to blow into the room.

I have experienced first hand a thai farm lady making the most amazing food for a group of 20 people in a kitchen exactly like this.

I’m still impressed when i think back about it.

Hi, I’m planning to visit this place.

Can we get there from Phayao comfortably? What’s the best mode of transport for a traveller?

This place happens to be in our plan that includes Phayao and Chiang Mai. Hence we are a bit stuck on how to plan this after our Phayao stay.

Here’s our doubt that we need help with. Do we travel to Pa Miang from Phayao and then go to Chiang Mai? Or do we go to Chiang Mai first and then travel to Pa Miang?

We are aware that the road between Mae Kampong and Kew Fin is under construction.
