My mum is decorating a room in her house, but bubbles keep appearing underneath the paint. She painted over emulsion, and as she was painting bubbles started appearing. Same thing when she applies the paint over water based primer.
She then tried a different approach and used wallpaper, but the same thing happened with the wall paper paste.
Does anyone have any idea why this is happening, and any solutions please?
