Details:
I added too many photos but I wanted to give the full 360. Cardboard fake rug is 3.5 x 5 (the size of a rug we almost purchased). New house and unsure what rug to get for this front room but know we need one.
The use of the space/important notes:
High traffic area but not through front door. Front door is almost never used – just to grab packages and the occasional guest.
high indoor traffic because it leads to home office (left), dining room (right), stairs to the top floor, and hall to the kitchen/living room.
door + windows is 64 inches long.
vent edge to bottom step is 60 inches.
that table with stuff is temporary- ish. Again. Just moved.
boob light is getting replaced.
wall color is how we got the house. Weโre painting almost every room on this floor so weโre avoiding painting this for now. If you love it or you hate it, itโs okay. Just need an idea of size/shape.
Do we go with a rectangle like the cardboard? Round in the center? Runner? Square? Want to hear your thoughts!!! Thanks!
