Help! First pic is of shutters we’ve had 10 years. Second pic is of shutters the same company installed yesterday. We added 6 total new shutters (1 + door pictured) and we paid thousands. I didn’t notice the color contrast yesterday with the sun shining in, but this morning is a different story.
At our consultation the salesman/owner said they don’t make the exact color I got last time but they would be the next closest color and held up a sample that matched. I didn’t write down the name of the color the salesman/owner held up at my consultation but I think I would’ve noticed it being that much different!? It looks bad right!?
Should I ask them to replace these with a more appropriate match or is this common? Thanks in advance
