I just moved into this bedroom today and am bamboozled and positively perplexed by how to arrange furniture in here. For context the room is 117×132 inches and the only 2 pieces of furniture know will be in the space are this IKEA bed and dresser

Here's the rub: there is an 11in tall 8.5 long ledge that spans across the entire wall wanted to place my bed on. If put it there the headboard will be flopping like free willy. The floor is also on a slight decline going towards the window.
