very hard to opine without seeing rest of furniture in the space. a rug needs to be cohesive with the other items sharing the space.
(what does additional seating look/function like? will it be placed atop the rug too? what is the style of art? are your walls painted? how minimal or busy is the room in its current state? what color/material are your floors? ALL that impacts how a rug “shows up” for you.)

#3 is a beautiful rug. I bought it once and found it difficult to work with. I could never get the room right with all the black. I think #2 would look great with the sofa. #1 is pretty but it’s a lot of color.
