Wow this really feels like a home I could see myself in. Looks fantastic.
I recommend people look at the link OP posted.

Hey buddy, nice nook.

Reading nooks are the best!

The outside of the house is hideous; those wings stuck onto the original house, yuck. But the inside is lovely.

The placement of that table is annoying the shit out of me.

Colonial is my second favorite type of home architecture. This is beautiful! And I love how tasteful and fitting everything is. Simple roof lines, smartly done finishing, and an interior design that matches a theme instead of being gaudy and overbearing. One of the trends I’ve seen in home shows is waterfall marble kitchen countertops (the countertop runs continuous to the floor on an island) and it’s just too much. I love how timeless this house is. Classic look, modern amenities. Thanks for sharing!

Lovely.

We’re buying a new house and I’ve been trying to decide what do do with the dining room chandelier because I’m not a chandelier person. The one in this house is almost identical but brass where mine is silver. If I can paint it brass, I think that will greatly improve it’s appeal.

Super dope

That’s a beautiful space! And the pooch is adorable. I wonder if he’s a poodle/Schnauzer mix?

It must be nice to have enough money to have your ideas come to fruition.

Gorgeous! Love the attention to the moldings – that sort of detail too often gets overlooked. And separate rooms, not open concept! Yes!
As someone else mentioned, not sure why they’d go for the cathedral ceiling. Seems like the kind of modern ostentation they successfully avoided everywhere else…

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a comfortable looking reading nook on here

Thank you for this post, truly.

Inaccurate description.
That is a cat window perch.
I can see that because a dog is on there and that means kitty should be arriving just like a cuckoo egg hatching any time now.
Gosh that room is lovely, though.

None of these people ever have dirt or haunted house cobwebs. I’m doing something wrong.
