For me, this absolute stunner embodies everything that I love about natural wine. Full of fun fruit, and boldly balanced with a bright acidity (that I personally prefer in my wines). On the nose, flowers, honey and citrus. I'd wear it as a perfume tbh.
Faultless.
Funky, yes, but in a way that I personally don't find off-putting or lazily bretty. An Alsacian sensation which gives funky sherbet vibes on the palate in the best way.
F all intervention, but consistently beautiful, and genuinely impressive.
