An incredible Chablis. On the nose and palate it’s straight pear and green apple. There’s a sweetness to it but not too intense to enjoy. Minimal acidity enough to enjoy. Very glad I was able to enjoy this experience.

I love the wines but I don’t know how to feel about them anymore in the current market. De Moor is always really good and well made, but it’s never made me wow the way other wines have for that high of a price and hype they’re going for.

Never had the Chablis, but I’ve had their Aligote 1902 (2012 vintage) and it was amazing.
