So, so, so many things from Loire you would love. Bisou or bangarang from Mosse. Clos du tue-boeuf, Pierre-Olivier bonhomme, Christian Venier. Also try some Ploussard from Jura. I recommend Les Bottes Rouge, but even the worst is still nice.
