Rosé Sekt Petnat by Strohmeier.
100% Blauer Wildbacher
Smelled like strawberry rhubarb and salty caramel with tons or foresty mushroomy dried leaf notes.
Palate was similar to the nose, but with super salty herbal minerality and great acid.
Slightly feral but really fun stuff!

Ngl I slept on Strohmeier for a long time because of that damn Papyrus font. Glad I finally tried some and realised they make great wine.
