This is an funky orange wine blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, and Sauvignon Blanc. Nose is yeast and funky overripe papaya. It keeps the funk on the palate and there’s flavors of pineapple, pear, orange skin, and strong tannins that pucker your mouth up lead to a dry finish. Not what I expected, but interesting and delicious.
