Cantina Giardino Metodo Olimpia 2017 – Fresh, crisp and amazing natural sparkling. 4/5
Le Coste Le Primeur 2021 – A funky red that opened up and got better and better and better. Serving chilled, ideally with food. Not really a casual on its own bottle. 3/5
Le Coste Bianco R 2017 – I probably had higher expectations due to age and price. a good drop but can get a lot more for a lot less. 2.5/5
Le Coste Bianchetto 2021 – This bottle is right up there for me. 5/5 hook it to my veins.
Terpin Ribolla Gialla 2013 – Terpin has a great range of wines, loved their Chardonnay as well. this was unreal, so smooth. Still have Bressan & Gravner at the top of the Ribolla Gialla mountain, this got close. 4/5
Dario Princic Ribolla Gialla 2018 – Solid overall option, again thereโs better bottles in the Ribolla world but sheโs gorgeous. 3.5/5
La Sorga L’Intravineuse 19/20 – A great wine for sharing, very punchy and fresh. Would pair it with good seafood in good weather to maximise. 3/5
