I’ve had this bottle in my fridge since November and have only heard good things about it. My wife cooked up some killer street tacos and I needed to wash them down so I grabbed it and popped it open. What a great, easy drinking orange wine. Actually, much more elegant than I expected! Just beautiful to look at with a golden copper hue. Nose is light, some bready marmalade flowery goodness going on in there. Green apple, melon rind, mineral, citrus. There’s a lot to process here and my mouth was overwhelmed. Good acidity and dry lingering finish cleans your palate for more delicious tacos! I’m glad I have one more bottle, but wish I had a case!
