Although a wine special as this is normally had best just by itself to savour its flavour, please for Gods sake have some food with it, preferably some fattier meat, not too spicy not to impact the flavour but with enough oomph to combat the fact that youโre basically drinking liquid lava rock. This type of extreme extraction from extremely concentrated grapes is not my thing at all, but I can recognise the beauty and terroir for sure
