All for the low low price of $50M!!!

Everyone loves a terracotta floor until you actually try to clean it.

I really like this design agency’s work. This feels lived-in and timeless.

IMO the floors make the place look dated. For such an extensive/ expensive reno, they feel cheap.

This looks a lot like Selena Gomez’ kitchen in ‘Selena + Chef’

  6. Can someone tell me what that center part is for on the stove? My guess is a Wok burner, but I’ve never seen that before.

Wood beams probably just decorative fiber glass ?

I know it’s a black/brown theme, but I’m torn on the brown color on island cabinets.

  9. This kitchen is larger than my whole apartment. Okay, I’m sad now.

I’ll never have a kitchen like that

    >One significant element in helping brighten up the room was painting the ceiling sections between each beam, and carrying that color down into the range hood, as well. We used Benjamin Moore White Dove here, and by keeping the range hood the same color as the ceiling, we were able to open up what might otherwise feel like an enclosed space.

Yes! They did that so well! It really opens up the room. Of course it helps that they’ve got really good natural light in that space too, which bounces off of all the white and makes the room seem airy and bright.

I love the Spanish tiles over the stove, but I agree with u/slikhipy and think the terra cotta floor tiles look dated. They could’ve still gone with Spanish tiles, but perhaps something more stylish like [this](https://blog.wescover.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Stars-and-Hex-Tile-Floor-by-Clay-Squared-to-Infinity-1024×684.jpg).

I’m also curious as to why they went with stainless steel faucets instead of gold like on their cabinetry and stove. Overall though, a lovely renovation! It looks much more modern and sophisticated.

Thanks for adding the extra pics, u/ManiaforBeatles — that’s always appreciated!

‘Scuse me, as I imagine that I’m bitching about dishes in my two magical sinks….🥹

  14. Love how they juxtapose the modern with the rustic beams
