I’ve had a few different bottles of Tissot over the years, but this is some next level stuff. Smells like wood and toasted nuts. On the palette lemon zest, salt intense minerality. Medium pluss acidity. Energetic. Toasty finish. Delicious. I let it air for 2 hours.
Combined with toasted bread and Mont d’or. Pretty good.
