Skin fermented Pinot gris blended with original Big Salt.
12.9% ABV
My Notes:
On the nose: Fresh baked white bread, subtle cherry notes, PB&J!
On the palate: Creamy, cherry jam, buttered popcorn, strawberry. Balanced acidity and nice tannins.
More of a sipper than a crusher. Great complexity for a natty. 👍🏽👍🏽

This sounds great. I would have expected more minerality given the name. Although isn’t the bread and popcorn notes reminiscent of mousey-ness if I’m not mistaken?
Love Big Salt. They also make a white which is very good.
