Wine of the night was the Le Blanc, unreal length. Stonefruit and lime, some creamy and smokey notes, just lovely.
The bubbles were a hit, and Bangarang is always a good time. I’ve had mixed reviews of the Bruyere blend, but it was lovely. Canonica could have had further time in cellar but I’m weak-willed.
