Rolling out a small retail section at the wine bar I run in time for Thanksgiving. Here’s the whites. The rest in the comments along with a list of what we’re starting with.

All somewhere on the minimal intervention spectrum. I tried to keep a pretty broad mix of stuff, but based partly on what suppliers have and also my own bias, France and Italy are pretty heavily favored. Starting with these 44 based on the shelf we have coming, but if it goes well I can’t wait to fill out more shelves.
