My first meeting with Patrick Piuze

I have heard so much about Patrick’s wines, but I’ve never had the opportunity to try them. I saw this bottle on the list, at a seemingly low price. It impressed me, the hype is real. On the nose, it hits you with a great reductivity, loads of fireworks and gunpowder. It disappates into beautifule citrus, ginger and wild white flowers. The nose develops beautifully into prime Chablis. On the fucking palate it continues. Minerality to the max. I have licked a stone in my day, and i got memories. This wine is crazy for the price, and that is rare to say about a chablis 9/10 91 points i guess
