wow, weird seeing a place on here in a suburb i lived in as a kid! i know exactly where this house is. i see it’s for sale – austinmer is a crazy expensive suburb, & that street in particular is very central. it’s a very short walk to the beach, local school, & train station, + there’s lots of cafes & little boutique stores on that street too. it’ll sell for at least $2m easily, i’m sure.
