No real tasting notes. Two stunningly different, but very good, wines.
The Les Horees needed about half an hour of air to open up. Had a stunning colour, super fruity but full of tension and with a good minerality. Dangerous wine 😄
The Sancerre, with a super salinity, dark, earthly notes and an extremely long finish.
