If you haven’t tried Bastien’s wines yet, it’s to do list… his style of vinif is just exceptional.. here it’s 2020 blend of Macabeu and Grenache blanc.. a beauty which aged perfectly
I get the sense that Roussillon has some of the better natural wines in Southern France. Any comments as to what the appellation tends to be like in that area if you’re familiar with it?
