-gaudioso pinot grigio: biodynamic, southern Sicily. salty, green strawberry with a bit of creaminess at the end.
-Lamoresca Nerocapitano: Frappato (indigenous grape). grown near-ish Etna in Catania. Super fresh and light. Lots of black fruits with a touch of spice. Reminded me of a gamay but with more volcanic influence.
