I worked in retail for a while when I was much younger and my thrifty asshole boss would always point out new shops on the main street in my city. “they spent too much on fitout, wont last a year”.
Thought it was a bit harsh and I liked the newer places.
However, my boss was never wrong.
This applies to this, looks like a massive spend on not many covers/seats. And then in 12 months itll look tired and you’ll need to reinvest but the return on what you already invested will be poor.
Love the room though.
