A little too much white for me. Could use some accent colors. Like that ceiling fan. Make that a nice contrasting color. Dunno. I looked at the other photos of the different rooms and it’s all the same kinda basic white. Flat and boring. I’d go crazy in there.

I actually stayed at an Airbnb across the street from this home 2 years ago! For context, this house is located in a small neighborhood at the base of Nubs Nob ski resort. One of the appeals of living in the neighborhood is that you’re within walking distance of the ski lift. The neighborhood is not a “planned” neighborhood but all of the homes are typically A-frames or bavarian themed. Very much adds to the skiing asthetic of the area. What I really liked about the neighborhood is that all the homes are surrounded by mature trees so you get a feeling of seclusion and being in nature even though you have next-door neighbors. Right now that area is amazingly beautiful with the leaves changing colors. It’s also a short drive away from the “Tunnel of Trees” ([https://mymichiganbeach.com/m119-tunnel-of-trees/](https://mymichiganbeach.com/m119-tunnel-of-trees/)) which is a popular destination this time of year.

Is the ceiling insulated? I ask because my parents have an A-Frame summer home in Michigan that looks similar to this and the ceiling is not insulated. The exterior looks similar too, with the same spacing between roof and beams. If the roof is not insulated, I’d love to see their heating bill in the winter. We spent several Christmases at the house and I remember my parents cursing at the furnace every time it turned on because they did not want to see the heating bill.
