What’s up with the exposed rebar? I can’t imagine putting so much effort into the fit and finish of the ceiling and then being like: Cool, just paint those metal rods white. No one will notice them.
I’ve worked on a couple of homes like this. It looks really cool when you use the same material for the soffit giving the illusion that it extends through the wall.

Beautiful space but that blue couch and green light fixtures are yucky imo. Place with updated fixings would make it even more beautiful.
