If I were willing to pay that much for it, this would be entertaining as an AirBnB or hotel for about a week. After that I’d have to switch to a different hotel with plain white walls until my eyes recovered from the strain.
It has the potential to be nice if they pulled all of the tizzy gold decorative bits off everything, and then took their time to choose wisely and replace about a quarter of it. Then they need to chose one out of the walls, floor, ceiling or furniture to be patterned, and the rest plain in colours that complement, not contrast. No more.
Did anyone else see a beach in the background in one of the exterior shots in the youtube video? I wonder if any part of that is private and attached to this house.
