One of the regenerative plots in Nate’s amazing farm, this dominated by Assyrtiko, Fiano and others. An electric mineral core to this wine stands out, with a high acid structure and some tannin and grip to balance out. Candied ginger, candied lemon, dried peach, bergamot. Natural in the market sense, but also in the sense of multi clonal grafting, etc. Very happy to have tried his wine
