review: first time trying this absolute fucking banger. nicely effervescent, cherry cordial, cherry juice, all cherry everything. hints of ash and wispy smoke on the nose, slight saline minerality on the palate, but overall this wine exists as a field guide on proper extraction and a lesson in the ferocity and finesse of pinot noir (and regent, of course). killer acid without any vinegar/va quality. gorgeous. perhaps pricey for the quality, but a fucking treat for the soul.
