  1. Until you try it and don’t like it any more.

    There’s no real way to give a 100% certain timeline. The only surefire way to make sure it doesn’t get weird on you is to drink it in one sitting 🥴

    “frizzante” more or less means small amount of carbonation. The bubbles will dissipate first, the rest, it depends. As the other commenter said there is no 100% accurate timeline.

    If you keep it closed and cold it could last a day or a week or more.

    Fun fact: if you put a metal spoon or other metal utensil that will fit into the neck of the bottle without falling through completely, it will work to chill the air around the neck creating a sort of air lock, and give you an extra day of bubbles with frizzantes/champagnes/sparkling wines.

    Depends on the storage conditions among other variables.

    Taking a shot in the dark here, but based on the style, I’m gonna guess 2-3 hours without a sparkling stopper. 6-12 hours with one.
