Trying to break myself into some ‘natural wines’ recently, thought I’d pop this one tonight with some BBQ food. Big yeasty character, very funky. Plenty of what you would probably describe as minerality, dry cider-like qualities, white peach and ripe apple. Feels hollow and a little unfulfilling, just lacking something and ultimately washes out to a nothing. Refreshing but not really doing much for me sadly, not a patch on a wonderful Greek sparkling orange I had last week!

Thanks for your review, appreciate your honesty because I definitely have had some wines where it just lacks that stuffing to fill up my craving. Wonderful shot though!
