Popping into my local shop recently I noticed something stand out to me in the cider section. It was easy to spot the typical hand-drawn label found on all other Brand Brothers wines. Starting out as an experiment to gift to friends, reception to this cider was so good that it turned into something that anyone can buy.
This cider is the 2020 Vintage and is made with organically grown Prinz Albrecht apples. The apples were direct pressed and spontaneously fermented in both stainless steel and old barriques. This cider is made with no additional cider and is bottled unfiltered and unfined.
Served after shaking and letting it settle a bit the nose and palate are heavy with fresh juicy apples. Slight reductive notes give the cider a nice complexity, while high acid leaves you wanting just a bit more after each sip. if you’ve never delved into the world of cider, this bottle is a great place to start.

Do you know where this is distributed? And what the price range is?
