It’s interesting to me, the disconnect between traditional wine-producing regions and natural wine “hubs”.
London and New York as global hubs are obvious, but why Copenhagen, Montréal, Berlin? Neither world hubs nor traditional wine regions, so what’s the common factor (if there even is one)?
