The palette warms from the wine and the residual fruit bloom keeps the palette coated nicely. Thin nose of light fruit and hard apple The nose completely activates the palette but it’s subtle, a subtlety that increases imperceptibly to fully encompassing.
Quite a good wine. Would drink again. First Sabelli-Frisch I’ve had but fortunately bought more of his other pressings.
