Love this wine! I recently curated this wine for an event I hosted and it was a crowd favorite!
Fun fact: The husband/wife duo usually make all their wines together, but when they can’t agree on a method of production, they split and make a “his and her” version of the same grape! So this was the his: he wanted to make this one a skin contact and she wanted to make hers a white wine!
I would say it was fermented with the skins on for a moderate amount of time (can’t remember exactly) but it resulted in a gorgeous salty, peach ring flavor.
