first time that i tried it but wow, what a ride. Name is on point, total passion fruit on the nose with a little fermented pine apple. On mouth it’s dry and kinda fizzy but short, don’t even know how to explain it. If you ever bump into this one, please give it a try!
Edit: Forgot to post the grapes and vintage. 70% Ottonese 20% Trebbiano and 10% Moscato. 2020 vintage, friend of mine did tried 2019 and classified it as mñeeeh but totally loved this one.
