God damn I’m really missing out on life not having any sort of generational wealth…

This looks clean but kind of cold and devoid of personality or character. Where did the charm go?

Who wants to climb five flights of steep, narrow stairs for several million dollars

I live in Saint John, NB and it used to be one of the biggest ports in the world in the 1700-1800’s. City is very industrial and tiny compared to NY but we’ve got lots of brownstones just like this one you could and fix up nicer than this no generational wealth necessary. My neighbor bought a Brick and limestone house built for ship captain with high ceilings and 7 fireplaces for $120k CDN in 2019. Now prices have doubled/tripled since the pandemic and everyone with money discovered they can move here and get a brownstone just like this for a fraction of the price

What are the details in the flooring please? I’d love to do this in my home. Thanks!

The chairs at the table remind me of park benches – uncomfortable park benches.

Whats the floorplan for a 6-level look like?

I don’t want to live on six levels… how torturous.

Looks like pretty much every newly renovated $450k house in metro Atlanta. Not much unique here at all, except maybe the window.

You too can be gruesomely wealthy and still have the dumbest, blandest Zillow taste on planet earth!

Nice style. Gorgeous naturel colours and textures. Good job.

Me fascina la mezcla entre lo antiguo y lo nuevo/moderno. El comedor es espectacular, muero por recrear este espacio en Planner5D

Oh if only they had houses like these in australia, although I’m surprised they didn’t put the main bedroom towards the back and give it the balcony, bit disappointing tbh.

No way would I ever buy a 6 level house.

Oh must be one of those 149k starter homes, how nice

What sense does it make to have the dining room on a different floor than the kitchen?

  17. Do they live in it though, thats the question. Its just an assett otherwise.

Realtor posts should result in a ban in my opinion.

I don’t see any room porn here.

  19. damn. OP himself probably made like $150k off this after the broker’s cut.

It’s so basic – bland molding, limited decor, dull paint colors, odd mix of styles, and not even a rug in sight 😭

And it’s $8mm?? Surely they could afford better
