Hello, this year we have made in Spain our hibiscus drink.A sparkling drink made by hand, unfiltered and without sulfites.Made with a process “similar” to that of wines and ciders.

What exactly are you making? Are you steeping flowers or working with the fruit? Where are you getting the sugar from to achieve 9% alc?
Ok, upon reviewing your website and relevant information, I’ve noticed your product also contains stevia as a non-fermentable sugar.
I truly think this is not the right community or part of the beverage market to be marketing your product to. Your use of additives is directly at odds with the low intervention ethos.
I could see this being an attractive product within the world of hard seltzer or other gluten free alcoholic beverages. Good luck with your business!
